Account information: the email, name, and firm details used to create and operate an account.
Matter content: the case, party, financial, and status information a firm enters to track its matters.
Operational records: time-stamped logs of actions taken in the platform, kept for integrity and audit.
How we use it
We process information solely to provide and secure the service: authenticating users, isolating tenant data, billing per active matter, and maintaining the matter record.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use client matter content for advertising.
Disclosure
Client progress views show only the entries a firm explicitly marks visible.
We share data with service providers strictly as needed to operate the platform, such as hosting and payment processing, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Retention and your choices
Matter data is retained for the life of the account and for any period required to meet legal or audit obligations. Account owners may request export or deletion through their Kinetic point of contact.
